About Us

Have you been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea? Are you unable to tolerate your CPAP due to discomfort, strap issues, or claustrophobia?  

We have a solution! Dr. Scheier will fabricate a custom fitted Oral Appliance, which will open your airway and help alleviate Sleep Disordered Breathing.

Who We Are

William J. Scheier, D.D.S.

Dr. Scheier is a 1987 graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. With over twenty five years of clinical experience in family dentistry, orthodontics and TMJ treatment, Dr. Scheier has developed a thorough understanding of applying that knowledge to his sleep apnea treatment practice.

Dr. Scheier is an active member of multiple dental, orthodontic and sleep disorder societies. These  include the American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine, the National Sleep Foundation and the Massachusetts Sleep Society. His sleep study curriculum also includes the Somnomed Academy as well as a residency under Dr. Jon Parker, a nationally recognized sleep medicine dentist.

Ruth Vought, RDH

Ruth has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for more than 25 years.  She has been the Patient Care Coordinator for the Snoring & Sleep Apnea portion of the practice for almost 5 years.  She loves helping patients change their quality of life through a more quiet, restful sleep!
